PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

360 indicator

Frames

Our core product. Frames provide the structural shape and support to the entire body of a vehicle. (For ICE/Electric Vehicles)

360 indicator

Trailer Hitch

It is a connecting mechanism bolted to the frame to serve as hitches to towing. Hitch Classes available of TW capacity: Class 3: up to 800 lbs. Class 4: up to 100 lbs. Class 5: 2,400 to 2,550 lbs.

360 indicator

Subframes

Subsystem that interacts with suspension and engine elements to control stability, and rigidity resulting in good handling performance. (For ICE vehicles/Electric Vehicles)

Stamped and Roll-forming Products

Stamping products: Sheet metal process to shape components with a Die Tool. Rollforming products: Continuous bending process with rotary tool to shape components.

360 indicator

Hydroforming products

Hydroforming products are complex components formed with high pressure fluid reducing welding, stiffness improvement and weight reduction.

360 indicator

SIDE RAIL

It is the "backbone" of the vehicle and determines the "RBM" (Resistance to Bending Moment value). It is highly customizable and provides flexibility for diverse truck configurations.

360 indicator

BUSES

The main structural component upon which the vehicle is built. Resists the most aggressive service loads and effectively supports all subsystems.

EV ROLLING CHASSIS

Class 4-6 assembled rolling chassis ready for powertrain integration & top-hat with standard and low floor configurations, the modular frame structure for a range of wheelbases and battery packages, flexible drivetrain, suspension options, and manufacturing approach can support multiple models/customers.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

Our innovative clusters include lightweight structures, smart manufacturing, coating enhancement, and new vehicle architecture.

The innovative use of new materials supports our product evolution, integrating next-generation materials to achieve a full lightweight target while fulfilling EV requirements.

Materials:

  • Mild Steels
  • High Strength Low Alloy Steels (HSLA)
  • Advanced High-Strength Steels (AHSS)
  • Galvanized Steels (HSLA & AHSS)
  • Ultra High-Strength Steels (UHSS)
  • Aluminum 6008 (T6/T7) and High-Strength Aluminum s650

We use flexible forming technologies for a wide spectrum of shapes and material type-grades, to cope with the growing manufacturing needs of innovative, safe, and durable lightweight structures.

Processes:

  • Cold Stamping (400 to 6000 Ton)
  • Hydroforming
  • Roll-forming
  • Tube bending
  • Butt rail forming
  • Tailor rolled forming
  • In die process
  • Laser welding blanks forming

We use high-speed-flexible cold and thermal cutting technologies to meet high precision quality cut shapes with minimum affectation to the material properties. Customized to diverse material type-grades and thickness spectrum.

Processes:

  • Mechanical Piercing
  • Laser beam
  • Plasma
  • CNC
  • Waterjet
  • Oxyfuel
  • Air carbon arc

We use smart high-speed thermal and cold joining methods and techniques for maximum joint strength, enabling advanced steel-intensive and multi-material structures adapted to the new electromobility challenges.

Processes:
• GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
• Butt welding
• Resistance
• TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding)
• Laser beam
• Mechanical joining
• Adhesives

We use proprietary flexible manufacturing technologies to manufacture ICE and BEV structures.

We protect our products by combining optimized surface preparation, sustainable coating, and curing processes to meet appearance, product performance, and customer structural anticorrosion protection requirements.
As a leader in the Frame Market, we can develop coating simulations to predict possible uncoated areas and define drain holes for the coating process from early design phases, ensuring corrosion protection and the dynamic performance requirements.

Processes:
• E-coat (Electrocoat)
• Powder Coating
• Hot melt Wax
• Adhesive and Sealers

To meet schedules and product flexibility for new ICE/BEV structures, we are committed to supporting the design and fabrication of reliable tooling devices such as dies and jigs for small prototype batches, specific product validation or high-demand mass production.

Processes:
• Tool Design & Analysis
• Prototype Tools
• Testing Bench Tools
