Metalsa Announces Leadership Change as Part of its Transformation and Growth Strategy

Monterrey, N.L., November 7, 2025. As part of the company’s ongoing transformation and growth process, Metalsa announced today a leadership transition. As of December 31st, 2025, Jorge Garza will conclude his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Metalsa, following 28 years of distinguished service within the company.

During his time in Metalsa, Jorge Garza played a key role in strengthening operations, developing strong client relationships, and building a culture of commitment and collaboration. Metalsa deeply appreciates his leadership, professionalism, and contributions, and wishes him continued success in the next stage of his career.

As of January 1st, 2026, Hans Dieltjens will join the Group as the new Chief Executive Officer of Metalsa, bringing extensive global experience in the automotive industry and combining a strong technical background with strategic and operational leadership.

Hans Dieltjens previously served as Chief Executive Officer of TI Fluid Systems, where he led a major transformation process, driving electrification and sustainable mobility, expanding market presence in Asia, and delivering outstanding financial and operational results.

Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams across North America, Asia, and Europe, recognized for their collaborative leadership style, forward-looking vision, and a passion for innovation.
