Celebrating Excellence: Plant Apodaca Triumphs with Dual Honors in the 10th CLAUT Awards

In the tenth edition of the prestigious CLAUT Award, the Nuevo Leon Automotive Cluster distinguished the Apodaca plant with two first places in the outstanding Maintenance and Assembly Process Improvements categories.

In the category of Assembly Process Improvements, the project “Competitiveness through collaborative processes of the Stellantis DT team” stood out, being awarded for the optimal optimization of its processes, the improvement of capabilities through digitalization and automation, as well as the efficient management of consumables and the use of energy throughout the process.

We are also proud to share that our second award was given to the Chrysler JL team’s “Predictive Overhead Conveyor Monitoring” project. They achieved first place in the Maintenance category through rigorous filters and evaluations in the award process. This project aims to improve the reliability and availability of the conveyor equipment through an advanced monitoring and failure prediction system. This approach makes maintenance more efficient and anticipates the response to possible problems detected.

Both projects are clear examples of Metalsa’s, and therefore our Apodaca Plant’s, continued commitment to constant improvement and the promotion of teamwork.
